1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Dating app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or offensive content.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
- Use the App for commercial solicitation or spam.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
4. Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, voice clips, text). By uploading content, you grant the App a non-exclusive license to display and process it solely for the purpose of operating the service. We do not sell your content to third parties.
5. Games & Matching
The App uses interactive games to facilitate connections between users. Game responses and AI-generated content are used solely to enhance the user experience. We do not guarantee any matches or outcomes.
6. Premium Features
Certain features require a Premium subscription. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. The App reserves the right to modify or discontinue Premium features with reasonable notice.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the Profile settings.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the actions of other users or for any damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Israel.
